Mobclub Mobile Community

Mobclub was my second big J2EE project. Its a community website where people can create, upload and share mobile content. A massive database of all phone model and there features guarantees that each mobile get the content it handles best. We used FFMPEG for server side video transcoding and a Java based Image software to scale the images.
